Ingredients

  • Vegetables: 1/2 cup red bell pepper, sliced into sticks, 1/2 cup orange bell pepper, sliced into sticks, 1/2 cup yellow bell pepper, sliced into sticks, 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced into sticks, 1/2 cup purple carrot or red cabbage, sliced into sticks
  • Dip: 1/2 cup hummus or ranch dip (optional)

Instructions

Step 1:
Wash and dry all vegetables thoroughly.
Step 2:
