01 - 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
02 - 1/2 cup classic or non-dairy eggnog

03 - 2 teaspoons matcha green tea powder
04 - 2 scoops unflavored collagen peptides (approx. 20 g)

05 - 1 small ripe banana, peeled and frozen

10 - 1/2 cup ice cubes (about 6 cubes)
# Directions:
01 - In a blender, add almond milk, eggnog, matcha powder, collagen peptides, frozen banana, nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and maple syrup or honey.
02 - Add ice cubes to the blender.
03 - Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as necessary.
04 - Taste and adjust sweetness or spices according to preference.
05 - Pour into two glasses and serve immediately; optionally garnish with a sprinkle of nutmeg.
