# What You'll Need:
→ Greens
01 - 8 large fresh spinach leaves, washed and dried
→ Filling
02 - 3.5 oz cream cheese, softened
03 - 1 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
04 - 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
05 - 1 tsp lemon juice
06 - Salt, to taste
07 - Pepper, to taste
→ Vegetables
08 - 1 small carrot, julienned
09 - 1/2 small red bell pepper, julienned
10 - 8 small cherry tomatoes, for garnish
# Directions:
01 - In a small bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chopped chives, chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until thoroughly mixed.
02 - Lay each spinach leaf flat on a clean surface to prepare for filling.
03 - Spread approximately 1 tablespoon of the herbed cheese mixture onto the center of each spinach leaf.
04 - Place a few strips of julienned carrot and red bell pepper atop the cheese mixture on each leaf.
05 - Carefully roll up each spinach leaf, folding in the sides as you proceed to enclose the filling securely.
06 - Secure each wrap with a toothpick and top with a cherry tomato for a festive appearance.
07 - Serve immediately or chill briefly before presenting.
