# Directions:
01 - Set the oven to 425°F and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, combine broccoli florets, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
03 - Spread the broccoli in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
04 - Roast for 18 to 20 minutes, turning once halfway through, until tender and lightly browned at the edges.
05 - Remove from oven, immediately drizzle lemon juice, sprinkle lemon zest over broccoli, and toss gently to combine.
06 - If desired, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the warm broccoli before serving.
